Prof. Dr. Necmettin Kutlu

Prof. Dr. Necmettin Kutlu is a world-renowned specialist in plastic, aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, and maxillofacial surgery. Born on July 1, 1955, in Sancak/Yenipazar, he moved to Turkey in 1957. Dr. Kutlu completed his secondary education at Darüşşafaka High School and graduated from Istanbul University’s Çapa Faculty of Medicine in 1982. He has over three decades of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, with a strong focus on beautification and replacement techniques.
